I don't have time right now, but if you go back and find the MOU that EWSI and iTechRecycle inked earlier in the year, you'll see that they were targeting the east coast of India!  This seems to fit then, even if it's SouthEastern...still east coast.  This may be on top of the already announced E-Plant opening this summer with Cerebra!!
