Actually I think the combination of the media attention on the sector, new investors paying attention to PRs, and todays PR... yep, that did it. Remember last year when regardless of share structurem there was a market perception that made 7 cents an average pps for many stocks? SKTO could rise to level of the tide in the sector... how high will the tide be???
