The only reason SPMI pps is where it's at now is due to 1 seller from a prior deal....this typical sellers don't hold stock for deals...the liquidate them as soon as they can. IR believes he has about 750k left of the 2M. The company will not be doing any more of these toxic deals. Current float is about 18M and OS is 38M...once the seller is done this is going way up due to new concept and new plan as outlined in yesterday's PR.
