Thanks for the compliment on libations. I've got this little "market survey" thing going. My wife thinks I'm nuts of course! I buy 1/2 pt.s, like a couple at a time of different kinds, and so far I have sampled 10-12 different ones. There are several in the running, including of course Jameson's and one is McAdams from Canada. It's aged in oak barrels, and I swear I can taste the smoke from the charring of the barrel. Pretty tasty! And it's cheap as sin! of course, in my past sin sometimes came at a large cost. LOL
Yes, these articles did make a lot of sense, and filled in a lot of blanks. I just never had a clue how far some will go for a buck!
It certainly has been interesting, and I suspect we are just getting ready for the main part, after watching the warm ups!
