According to BB, Dharmanol is made from the cannabis plant with added canadian organic hemp oil. Dharmanol contains non-psychoactive CBD and other compounds in the cannabinoid complex, mixed cannabinoid carboxylates, and a smidgeon of psychoactive THC and some other ingredients like terpenes. Unfortunately, the DEA considers all cannabis-derived cannabinoids, not just psychoactive THC, as schedule 1 and therefore federally banned from commerce in usa. The industrial hemp plant is banned from agriculture in usa. However, in some other countries like canada, hemp plants can be grown and harvested legally. The us courts have ruled that imported industrial hemp products like hemp seeds and hemp oil can be sold  in the usa.
