Had to be a bear raid.  One more effort to manipulate the stock.  Market makers need shares and many here are not giving them up.  I posed the question to ceo as well as mmg about the nss overhang and how that could affect the 51% control of the company.  i got a reply stating that if we answered your question it would be like releasing a Press Release.  Very ambiguous reply but i am pretty sure we will find out very soon wtf is going on.
