I have speculated about the very same thing myself about BGL's motives in insisting that they still have an active court case against MSJ. I have speculated that maybe BGL found some kind of super gold vein but didn't tell MSJ at all and since then has been trying to get control of the company.
Also, Millionaire who posts on ihub, I have sent the following message which he never replied to directly:
Tell me something, your references to diamonds here and in other posts, is that just generic in the sense that we are sitting n lots of good things, or are you saying you have heard rumours maybe that they discovered diamonds maybe?
He has not replied but certainly got the message. The TUMI report said only about 20% of the concession has been explored so in my view a vast increase in resources or a discovery that has been kept very quiet is very possible.
But, you know I'm speculating.
