Maybe they are waiting to release the good news we can confirm. Im not too worried, some these MMJ's that are up are taking alot of $$$ to move a decent %, SKTO can move more on smaller $$$. Plus many of them are getting bogged down now so pretty soon traders will move out again and thats when SKTO needs to grab attention with their cheap prices. That time is very soon. GWPH hasn't run at all till today, in fact its been down since new years, i have a few shares in that one too
