So is the current 1.3MM share on bid at .037 a fake out to drive the PPS up, sell shares and then drop the PPS or is this legit? I sure hope we have someone out there that is willing to set the bottom, pick up an incredible bargain and set the start of a permanent move up. Go TECO, Morts
