David Johnson had made two duplicate posts about it. Post # 65641 is still up on ihub. On this one it is not tagged to Hulk/Jeff. To me it shows how amature he is.

I was surprised to find an email correspondence and all of my contact information on this website. You posted it without my knowledge. Although everything in the email was accurate (as I read it to date 1/6/14, it was posted without permission. More importantly, you posted this in reference to Solos Endoscopy. I made no reference to that company or nor gave you information regarding that company. Please take it down. If you won't, please consider at least taking out my contact information and a note from you stating that I was speaking about our clients in general and not about any particular company (a client or not a client).
