I'm not sure what the outcome will be.  We paid for the assets and he stole them from us.  I feel we will either get back the stock or the assets.  The decision since day one has been how much effort do we put into this and is the time worth the potential reward will be. I feel we have a strong case, but when it comes to legal battles, you can win and still end up losing.

BTW ... I am not meeting with JC.  Our attorney handles this.
