I made the deal in the first place because it was the best solution at the time for us.  I pulled the plug after the first month on that group of shows because I found a direction that would cost less and which included longer form movies that I feel are better. I am a fan of classic Hollywood movies and horror films. When this opened up to us I  asked Spacewow to let us out of their deal and they agreed. We maintain a good relationship with them and may do other business in the future.

Changing programing direction is in the scope of daily operations and it is not required that we notify the SEC when we add or remove shows. If that was the case you would see an SEC filing every time a TV show was canceled on ABC, NBC CBS etc.
