Well, since no details were ever included in the last Q that was filed......... it never happened. 

All anyone has to go on, is a PR that was posted, and nothing more. If it actually happened, and it caused the launch delay, it has to be included in the quarterly filing, along with details (how much, how paid).

To date, no one has answered my continued beating of this drum. It's too big of an issue to overlook or just to say, it's no big deal.
