I'm pretty sure that original 62.5M control block stays restricted.  However, the info you're looking for with respect to .20 has to do with his zero cost options that he received during the Share Exchange Plan.

IMO no insider will sell anything for a very long time if EWSI continues to progress as indicated.

JMO on the above though as they can obviously sell once criteria are met as indicated in the filings.
