none of this makes any sense -the order in which u do things is mediation-arbitration- court

Geo has been doing just exact opposite -filing in court in violation of stated jva venue,then suddenly asking for arbitration last july (which judge rejected) and now mediation-unheard of -parties positions in these matters usually harden over time and thus if mediation is not option at filing its definitely not option after their positions have hardened for 2 years

and conflict of interest arising after all this time just before latest set trial date-if so that could be a set up too to deny Bob et al counsel-would have to delay to allow new counsel -but very little Geo says in these filings makes sense imo
