Great News...
The response, from SBIR, regarding the JP-8 Army Phase II work to my inquiry last week.
Mr. xxxx,
In the SBIR portal, Topic # A08-128, has been selected and is going through contracting to be awarded.

A08-128 is the Phase II AFT SBIR Award.
As it is apparently "in Process" and going through the contracting to be awarded we may have to wait for the offical news and monitization, ordfer numbers, and any private interests who tag along to be announce...but I would think it would be sooner than later!
