Just an FYI, today at 10:40AM ET (9/13/2012), the CEO of PULS will be speaking at a conference to outline the companies plans for recovery.  If the message is positive and the outlook is bright, watch for this to bounce, IMO.  I will probably watch it tomorrow with my finger on the trigger, lol.
