Kgem, an excellent post. As you so well stated, has anyone seen anything in writng, besides a PR from HIMR, that we even have a concession on Lake Bayano? Have we seen an iota of proof concerning the c class shares? Have we seen any evidence of any road or ramp or divers ? I haven't. Now, I do believe all this is/has occurred. This agreement Beliceno has found is the closest evidence in writing we have seen. I am 99% confident in all  these things are happening. I still like to see concrete evidence, however-thus, we will keep their feet to the fire until we do. You know, Bernie Madoff fooled some of the smartest business minds in the world.
