The profits to be made from Hydroponic grow equipment are declining due to market saturation and competition with China and other cheap manufactures. Although selling equipment is profitable and bodes well for Terra Tech it will soon be replaced with a more profitable "marijuana benefiting business model" IMO.
TRTC showed some serious management skills as they quickly realized this fact before anyone else in the sector: Cannabis cultivation equipment will become chump change
and in response, TRTC focused on Edible Garden and Securing Large Scale Production Facilities capable of producing hydroponic living produce as well as anything Cannabis.
The picks and shovels are getting too cheap... with legalization, growing positive legislation and a sweeping change of public opinion on the topic of Hemp and Cannabis, the future money will come from large scale production of MMJ, MJ, and high CBD industrial hemp. And that is where I believe TRTC is headed soon.
