The float should be 215,957,230 according to otcmarkets ( http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SRGE/company-info ). So how come over 600,000,000 shares have traded last year?
What it could be:
1) The float is incorrect
2) People are selling each other shares back and forth
3) There are more shares in the market than allowed
It could also be a combination of the 3, who knows....
