How much would a company, like an auto company with a lot of plastic waste daily, need to process to break even on a $2 million investment?
The waste is currently costing them $'s to landfill. Any fuel produced by processing that waste will offset costs of producing the fuel and probably more since they are not paying for the feedstock.
This is the type of customer that will be targeted. I do not know how many of this type of customer might be willing to take on this type of operation. If the cost of operating the facility is more than the cost of landfilling then it will be an impossible sale even to these ideal customers.
Will companies be satisfied with breaking even on the operation? Or will it not be worth their effort?
Onward through the fog.
