Kgem, after further reading I don't believe the reservoirs in Belize would be potential concessions. I just brought it up earlier because you guys were talking about Belize and I knew they had hydroelectric power and a rainforest.
After further reading - they have three dams: Mollijon, Chalillo, and Vaca. Mollijon was built first and is described as a run-of-the-river dam, so that would suggest no reservoir. Chalillo dam was built second, but it seems they cleared the lake area first. Since Vaca dam came third, if it has a reservoir it was probably cleared first.
