Frank, if that happens I hope we see details of what's going on before I put mine up for sale.  May want to hold out for $10+?  Novamex owns the SRGE shell as the parent company for a reason and SRGE is still trading for a reason.  Hopefully, we find out something soon but I think one of the key points are certain folks down in Mexico connected with MSJ/Novamex own SRGE shares along with us.
