No indicators needed here. This is a study of the past three Weeks(essentially two weeks given the 8-k filed on Dec 20th). Keep it simple.
Regarding note "A":
Very few are in under .007 given the gap up when the first 8-k filing came out late Friday, Dec 20th. Refer below:
Regarding note "B":
Volume was essentially NILL for the past 7 months. You should take note of that and understand that most are in this at current levels. They just filed another 8-k this past Friday(late in the day). Refer here:
