The good news is that we most likely have enough valid signatures to get MMJ on the 2014 ballot in Florida.   We will then await a decision by the Florida Supreme Court as to approval of the amendment’s ballot language.

The bad news is that we have Ray (a/k/a Mr. 420) who is apparently a “Medical Marijuana Certification Specialist”. For only $25 he can sign you up now so you can beat those long lines in the future.  He claims that he can “open clinics in Legal States if you would like to invest in this type of business” and he can “make an intelligent decision when it comes to Diseases and injuries the State of Florida will accept” to obtain said future medical card.  And you get a t-shirt.
