hey guys, just wanna give you a heads up on a different company. i know its off topic but its ATGY.   im looking at it and their company was talking about the same thing hollund was with share restructuring. what they are thinking is that the company will issue preferred stock in exchange for common. (they are also at no bid right now).  still doing my dd on it but the phone number is good, and their fb page is reasonably up to date.
