The blending site was supposed to add Gross Margin to sales by blending fuels. It has not done that. In fact, I don't even believe it has been mentioned in financial reports. Whatever the business strategy was, it has not been implemented.

Permits are particular and only applicable to the site they are written for. Blending site permits are only useful on the blending site. There is no activity on the blending site, therefore the permits are useless to JBI.

From what I understand TBG simply made observations from the road. It was broad daylight, that is why the barbecue and old furniture sitting on the veranda of that shack were so clearly visible.
