correction- the lat on map is 23* not 32* -i interpolated -initially on seeing the Rosario name on W border and assuming it was baja before seeing the ccordinates initially assumed it was the rosario just S of San Diego which is at 32* N lat

but the longitude of 103* would still put it on Mex mainland -that reservoir ca 200 miles W of the large city of Monterrey,Mexico
