TECO really needs some big investors who can cut million dollar checks. Those guys can wait and see if the financials come out as expected and for Belize to shape up.

Big money is patient because they can afford to be. We are trying to get rich. Those guys are trying to stay rich and get a little richer without having to incur too much extra risk. I think we all agree that TECO should head to a dollar once things get really going, and then higher. Big money can buy this at 25 cents no problem.
