Mr. Shiver has significant Board experience, currently or previously serving as a Director for China Security & Surveillance , Aerwav Holdings , Securicor Wireless, Centennial Security , Eureka Broadband , Picatinny Technology Innovation Center , and ADT , among others. Mr. Shiver has led numerous organizations, bought and sold multiple security businesses, developed innovative communications strategies, and incubated many current technologies. Bob is well versed in M&A, international strategy, and operations management; he brings a wealth of experience and insight to EpiGroup's initiatives and clients.

Mr. Shiver is currently the Chairman and CEO of both Aerwav Holdings, Inc and The Shiver Group, LLC , which are privately held investment companies that specialize in developing recurring revenue services and products in the global security, energy, wireless and technology sectors. Mr. Shiver has over 30 years of board, executive and operating experience within the above sectors in both the public and private markets. Mr. Shiver previously served as the Managing Director of TC Energy Holdings which is a provider of various energy services and products to both the commercial and industrial markets in North America.In addition, Mr. Shiver served as the Chairman and CEO of Intek Global which was a global provider of wireless technology, spectrum, products and various services.Within the global security sector, Mr. Shiver has substantial experience at the investor, board and executive level with companies, including such companies as Securicor plc , ADT LTD , Centennial Security Holdings and Sonitrol .

Aerwav Holdings, LLC is owned and controlled by Robert J. Shiver , its Chairman and Chief Executive, who formed AHLLC in 2002 to invest in and purchase companies in the global integrated security, wireless and technology industries.

Securicor Wireless is a global provider of spectrum-efficient wireless technology, products and services.Before joining Securicor Wireless , Mr. Shiver was a founder, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of Centennial Security Holdings, Inc. , a leading provider of electronic security and services throughout North America. Mr. Shiver was recently appointed the Chair position for the IWTA's newly-crated Wireless Internet Council . Mr. Shiver has served on the IWTA Board of Directors for the past 14 months, and he brings many years of wireless experience, as well as his energy, leadership and vision to the Council.
