Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc.'s (OTC Pink: QASP) ("Quasar" or "the Corporation") is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary, A-Cent Aviation, Inc., has received approval for its Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)/Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) application. The Corporation, shareholders and investment community have anxiously waited for this approval from the Department of Homeland Security to permit the Corporation to sponsor non-U.S. citizens to receive the training in its related aviation programs.
