Wallace's merit less defamation suit is finished. Wallace had to withdraw it due to the Court determining he had no proof of any of his allegations.  Wallace has been posting for months about deposing Spencer on the 6th regarding his years of attempts to extort monies from the Spencers with his "default" judgments. Wallace is finished due to his own overwhelming, self defeating behaviors. Don't you agree?
