"Here it is again, made sure I caught it before close.(Central time). CSTI started at .0079 right below the MA50 and moved all the way down to .0074 the last couple minutes just below previous close so any buys turn the stock red. Coincidence? Not really cause it happens all the fricken time"

Yes. Excellent rigging of the price by CSTI. The 50 ma is at .008, no break above that alleviates technical traders. Drop the ask below the previous close so someone's bid catches it and hence turns the day red. IS THIS PRICE MANIPULATION/RIGGING LEGAL?
