PBHG L2 today... were you watching ??? MMs playing leap frog from .0232 down to .0202....one tic at a time... from about 9:45am to 12:45pm .... then someone bought 58k when the MM showed .0202 !!!! During this time, Bid was moving from .02 down to .0195 then .0196, showing about 58 to 59k.  I assume this person bought at .0202 as his order no longer showed on the Bid.
