I was filled @ .007 then MM's dropped the ask to .0063. Then I put an order in for .oo63 and the MM's raised the ask to .0069. Manipulation is ongoing and has become worse since holidays started with lower trading volume and shorter trading weeks to manipulate with. Lower volume does not indicate any heavy dilution as of late. If any dilution then IMO it is restricted shares.
