On the other hand why hasnt either side put out an 8k? You would think the owner would definately officially take over in the eyes of the SEC. People are concerned of a trading halt. I cant blame them. Finally AGIJ as a business has proved themselves in my eyes, only to be back on the suspect list because of this closed door drama. What about this merger? Why hasnt it been completed yet? They keep giving reasons to load but they also keep leaving some issue unclear.
