Don't get me wrong, I like Natalie.......BUT...this is business....And after seraching for a year, she should have put in the contract NO R/S...Period - as a condition of this merger....
Or no R/S until 90 days after the merger takes place, etc. etc. etc. Something - anything....But not this...
She didn't - and if it was becuase they refused - then she should have seen the Red Flag.
