Everyone has to make their own decisions on risk/reward.  The numbers in the Qs are rock solid.  Paperwork coming out of China was simply an administrative snafu with respect to GAAP and was subsequently corrected and incorporated into amended Qs. 

I have nothing for sale and view this completely opposite of your analysis.  EWSI is incredibly undervalued based on its growth. 

You do understand that the amended Qs corrected the original filing discrepancies right? 

All is good...actually better now with respect to MaloneBailey having boots on the ground in Shanghai.  They're much needed as China operations are expected to grow substantially during 2014!!  Provides much comfort to me knowing that we have an auditing firm that understands everything, including ensuring numbers coming out of China are within GAAP the first time...
