Roger Agyagos is a director of Belmont Resources which has mineral claims in Canada.  He was awarded 2 mill shares of DUSS back in 2010.  He is well connected in the exploration and property acquisitions and on the board of at least 4 mineral companies.  Also a friend of Jason Dussault.
