Mariodino, if Hollund did land a three billion dollar concession, they would need to build a dozen or so TigerLynks just to work it.  Although I agree, the stock price should skyrocket, I am not certain how they might finance such a fantastic concession.  But, for a company just starting out, this is a nice situation to be in.
