Junebug, I still think the deal Jason is talking about is the purchase of an additional percentage of Bayano Lake Wood Products.  Hollund did have until December 31st I believe to come up with the money for that purchase.  This purchase (assuming Hollund did it) gives Hollund more revenue and profits, and could speed Hollund's ability to grow the business.
