Someone explain to Greggo68 that Novamex needed to acquire the shares of SRGE back so when the share exchange takes place, they are compensated like the rest of us longs. Otherwise, they'd get nothing. It's all about Novamex getting their money. Yeah, SRGE is just a shell right now but MSJ doesn't get the assets of GC and CM for free. They have to compensate shareholders somehow.

Also, TUMI was involved with MSJ back in 2005. Grego68 is asking what business they did in the last ten years, TUMI wouldn't get involved with a fake company, imo.

Imo, at some point, a JV partner or buyer will be found for the assets and SRGE shareholders will be compensated. Only those who hold though.
