(FYI Art, what I'm hinting at is your Chairman's expectations for 2013 and a statement about judging you on how well you hit your milestones. The only milestone I know about is "proud shareholders in 2013" followed by him going on the lam. So far I'd have to say you're not hitting your milestones and your "collective" communication about it completely sucks.)
That being said - even a broken clock is right twice a day, and a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while, so I'm not worried about being stuck with this stock because despite your teams complete inability to hit any time frames at all, there will be the ability for most of us to sell for a profit soon. Except Joey.
