In defense of IR I do not hold him accountable. He's only an employee that probably gets told often  " IT'S MY WAY OF  THE HIGHWAY ". 
Sean's a sharp person and could most likely get a job anywhere.  If this is the case it's gotta be tough. Job hunting sucks.
