UPDATE:

I called IST. The legal letter will be completed (hopefully) by Thursday. That means we could get the certs this Friday (possibly Mon. or Tues.). They also referred to CDFT as "The Big One." It makes ya feel good, don't it? 10K should be out in 15 calendar days from the NT-10K. All is well, my friends.
