Here To Serve Holding Corp., Update to Software Division and OTC Filing Status

ALPHARETTA, GA ? December 30, 2013, Here To Serve Holding Corp., (OTC Markets: HTSC), a holding company developing a division in the waste management and environmental services industry and currently a software development company, today announces it has made significant progress on both its major software products.   With the close of 2013 upon us, Interactive Defense Systems and cConnects are within two to three weeks of each having demos available to for their initial pilot customers.  With six engineers working on the products since October, the progress has gone extremely well.

Jeffrey Cosman, CEO of Here To Serve Holding Corp., stated, ?we took additional liberties to improve on the platforms available when I took over the former F3 Technologies, Inc., in September 2013.  To the extent we thought we could launch by the end of 2013, I thought was an aggressive timeline, but was willing to challenge our team to make this happen.  Despite the fact we are two to three weeks away from giving our future customers our pilot platforms, the systems are becoming remarkably better than we anticipated and we look to change the dynamic of the current marketplace of RMS (Record Management Systems) and build a new market for Customer Service/Fleet Management systems not known today, through the use of the cConnects mobile application.?

UPDATES TO OTC MARKET:

Additionally, we are proud to announce, OTC Markets will be moving HTSC to OTC Pink Current Information at the beginning of trading on Tuesday, December 31, 2013.  The removal of the yield sign from the OTC Markets trading environment is a small step in the very methodical strategy of moving HTSC to a more available stock to build our shareholder base and create opportunity for additional daily trading volume.
