Great posts, coolnapz.  I guess my 30,000 foot view tells me this is how real companies and loyal shareholders get the shaft.  Just like they did to O-Stock and others.  And the pennies... they haven't much of a chance sometimes.  Let's hope it's different for us and our TECO.
