i would not be suprised if the company calls  a shareholder meeting.  this seems to be what is being hinted at when they say we will have a say in what happens to the company. I dont think they happen to often in penny land, but having one would be great pr for the company.  The concept of trading shares for ownership positions in the company, how would something like that work?  i know its just speculation, but thats the name of the game in stocks. im interested to learn how an ownership position in the company would be better than owning stock.
I am one of the blessed. i bought all summer at 0001, when we were at no bid.  i will be holding these shares till the cows come home. (thats when i will have enough to sell and buy my 100 acre farm complete with tractors, standing corn, and cows)
