Yes, experienced folks named JB.  I will be impressed if/when any experienced operator can achieve JB's throughput rates.

Wider range of plastics?  Perhaps, as long as they are not mixed together and are very, very clean.

I'm not saying there is not a market for the processor.  It is just very much different than what investors were led to expect all along.  And will fit a much more narrow range of applications.

NYC plastic waste per the Columbia U. paper?  Don't hold your breath.
