Delta, I wouldn't worry too much about an RS...the directors and employes own way too many
shares of common to be doing a RS on themselves. If we ever do find out the directors are dumping loads of shares, then I'd be concerned and get out real quick, but I don't think that's going to happen.
Also, FINRA, DTCC, and the SEC have been cracking down on companies trying to do RS's, especially on the OTC.
